Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Her Volume. Eligible unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or marks, and returned in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Because many pieces are made to order, approved fit or preference returns receive an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund.

Items that cannot be returned

• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Gift cards

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will review the request and make it right with an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Review the Size Guide before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing a size.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or production begins. Once production has started, an order may not be canceled or modified.

How to start a return

Visit our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your request. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
